By accessing or using Thalian, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Thalian on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Thalian provides an AI-native IT intelligence and orchestration platform. The platform connects to your existing enterprise tools to provide unified visibility, risk analysis, and automated workflows. Thalian acts as an orchestration layer — it does not replace your existing tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must use a valid work email address. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain all rights to your data. Thalian does not claim ownership of any data ingested through integrations. You grant Thalian a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to use Thalian to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party integrations.
Thalian is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thalian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data is deleted within 30 days per our data retention policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Thalian after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
